  • Jr Community Coordinator - Contract

    We’re rapidly approaching the early access launch of our game, Echoes of Elysium, and we’re looking for a Junior Community Coordinator to join our team.

    This paid contract role will focus on managing our Discord community and supporting broader marketing initiatives through community-driven engagement. The position works closely with our marketing and development teams to ensure messaging consistency, authenticity, and a strong connection between players and the studio.

    Ideally, we’d love to find someone who can work in-office at least 2 days a week to collaborate with our dev team and help grow and engage our player community.

    Requirements:

    • Active participation in gaming communities (Discord, Reddit, etc.) with a strong understanding of player culture and online community dynamics.

    • Comfortable engaging directly with players — running fun polls, sharing updates, and fostering meaningful two-way communication.

    • Excellent written communication skills with an approachable, authentic tone suited to a gaming audience.

    • Organized and proactive, able to manage daily community interactions while keeping an eye on long-term engagement goals.

    • Team-oriented mindset — collaborates effectively with marketing, development, and creative teams.

    • Familiarity with Discord moderation tools and community management best practices (experience with bots, permissions, or event coordination is a plus).

    • Familiarity with social media platforms, their tools, and best practices for driving player awareness and engagement.

    • Genuine enthusiasm for games, ideally with an interest in narrative or world-driven experiences like Echoes of Elysium.
